One of our Serverfarm is located in Frankfurt. By the Location we have optimal conditions for our connections with fibre and ATM to e.g. Deutsche Telecom. The Serverfarm provides all standards like smoke detection system, fire detection system, UPS with a minimum of 25 minutes standby per each Rack, diesel powerd emergency power with around 14 days reserve of fuel, Air Condition, access control system and video control system
Categorically all customer machines will be Backup'd each day onto our Backupsystems and from these each week onto our Storage Libraries
We place a high value on Security as we are in charge of high risk data from civic organisations, Authorities, lawyers, physicians aso.
For that reason we allow access to our facilities basically only a few employees. Customers with Co-Location servers gain access only with an authorized employee. |

Another Serverfarm is located in Hamburg. All Serverfarms are Mirroring Special Data to the other Serverfarms for Backup reasons. Hamburg has also USV per Rack, smoke and fire detection systems and access control system. Backup per Day to NAS/SAS and per Week to our Storage Libraries. |
